### What is DuesPe?
DuesPe is fee tracking and client management software for CA firms, tax consultants, bookkeepers and other professionals in India. It keeps your client list, the services and fees for each client, invoices, payments and WhatsApp payment reminders in one place, so you can see which clients owe you fees and remind them.

### Who is DuesPe for?
Chartered accountants, tax and GST consultants, bookkeepers, company secretaries, auditors and similar small professional practices that bill clients fees, often yearly or on a recurring basis, and chase those fees by phone or WhatsApp.

### Does DuesPe file GST or income-tax returns?
No. DuesPe does not file returns and is not compliance software. It manages your own practice: clients, fees, invoices, payments and reminders.

### Is DuesPe accounting software like Tally or Zoho Books?
No. It is not a general ledger. Keep your books where they are today. DuesPe tracks what each client owes you for your services, records the payments you receive and helps you follow up on dues.

### Can DuesPe send WhatsApp payment reminders to clients?
Yes. For each client with a pending fee, DuesPe opens WhatsApp with a polite reminder already written, addressed to that client. You review it and tap send from your own WhatsApp number.

### Does DuesPe create GST invoices?
Not yet. It creates invoices and receipts for the fees you charge, but they do not currently carry a GST tax breakup.

### Can fees repeat every year, and on a date I choose?
Yes. You can set a client's service fee to repeat yearly (or quarterly, monthly or once). When you add an existing client you can also set the billing date, for example 1 April, so the fee falls due on their real cycle rather than on the day you entered them.

### How is client data protected?
New CA and professional firms start with sign-in by authenticator app (MFA) and an app-lock M-PIN required for every staff login. Each firm only ever sees its own data, and payment records are never edited: a mistake is voided and reissued, so the history stays intact.

### Is there a free trial, and how much does DuesPe cost?
Yes. You get 2 weeks free with the whole product and no card. After that DuesPe is a flat monthly plan for the whole firm: Starter at ₹499 a month or Pro at ₹1,999 a month, not per client or per user.

### Does it work on a phone?
Yes. DuesPe runs in your phone's browser as well as on a computer, so you can record a payment or send a reminder while you are out of the office.

### How much does DuesPe cost?
DuesPe has two flat monthly plans: Starter at ₹499 per month and Pro at ₹1,999 per month. Both include the whole product with unlimited clients, services and staff logins. You start with a free trial and no card.

### Do you charge per client?
No. The price is per account, not per client. Adding more clients does not raise the bill.

### What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both plans are the whole product. Pro includes more WhatsApp messages (5,000 a month instead of 500) and priority support on WhatsApp.

### Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 2 weeks free with every feature, no card needed. You create your account and start straight away; nobody has to call you first.

### What happens when the free trial ends?
Your data stays. Every screen still opens so you can look at your records, but saving new entries is paused until you subscribe to a plan.
